1) Motor Claim -- In case of an accident generating loss or damage, you should take the following steps:

1. Inform the police authorities immediately about the accident.
2. Notify DIC through the toll free tel.
3. No admission, offer, promise or payment shall be made by or on behalf of the Insured or the authorized driver without the written consent of the DIC.
4. No release of a third party who is liable responsible for the loss without the written consent of the company.
5. Repairs of the insured vehicles (Motor Comprehensive Insurance) should take place after the completion of the necessary documentation and survey.
6. Repairs should not be authorized or started without the company's written approval.
7. Documents required in support of any claim are:

a) Claim form, duly completed and signed by the Insured and the authorized driver.
b) Original police report and repair permit.
c) Towing permit (if required)
d) Copy of driver's License and Istimara.
